All 21 varieties of sausage are made low in fat and low in sodium. The maximum amount of sodium in our sausage is 1/2 cup to a 25 pound batch. We use no preservatives and no msg in our product. We start with USDA inspected pork, beef, chicken and turkey.
Our sausage can be purchased in Lathrop, Missouri, at 607 Oak Street where it is made. You can also find our sausage in Kansas City at the City Market on Saturdays from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. We allow our customers to taste the sausage before they buy it.
We have sausage for those that like it mild to those that like it hot.
We also custom make deer sausage and you will need to contact us at the number listed for details.
